i've noticed that a lot of bloggers are experiencing this problem.
are you copying and pasting posts from word into your blog? if so, you're also bringing in word's code. if you still want to use word, paste your post into a plain text editor (like notepad) first and then copy into your blog. this is a pain in the ass but your text editor will "strip away" the code that comes with word.
if you're on windows, try using windows live writer -- it's free and works with blogger. it features wysiwyg authoring, photo-publishing and map-publishing functionality. hope this helps.
